Q&A

Where can I obtain something more by The Far Apart?
already got both your seven inches, is there a CD somewhere?

Unfortunately, so far all we´ve got out is the "Hazel" seven inch and the split with The John Doe Band,
but our fullength CD should be out during the spring of 1999.
More to come will be a split "10 in Crank! due early ´99, and another "7 on British label Spread a bit later.

However, if you really can´t stand the pain of not having anything by Far Apart on CD,
the song "Hazel" is on Crank´s cheap-priced sampler "My Gramma Thinks I´m Cool"
($4 from www.crankthis.com). Also coming soon is a track on the "Totally Fucking the Eighties´compilation
from Boxcar, and our cover of The Smiths tribute. Visit their homepage on: http://www.tftrecords.com

Why isn´t there a biography in this homepage?
What about a tour diary?

They should be there, but things fucked up and I´m working on it.

Why is Stefan called God?(question courtesy of Ola in Katrineholm, Sweden)

It´s a long storym but to put is short: we were on a Swedish tour with The John Doe Band,
and stayed in the university town of Lund in the very south of Sweden.
One night we decided to go out drinking, and some of us went to this student bar.
What happened thereafter seems to be kind of diffuse these
days, but somehow Stefan got hooked up with some girl and sneaked away with her.
Apparently, much to our delight, the couple then went to some music classroom or such
and started getting it on, so to speak. Before long, a female janitor opened
the door to the classroom, whereby Stefan jumps up, stark naked,
and pulls his jacket over his head. The janitor´s sole comment is ´could you please
lock the door when you leave´and closes the door. Needless to say,
when we all learned about this, Stefan was claimed King, later God, and that name
has stuck with him ever since, because he truly is a God.

Not more than this for now, but feel free to ask us questions that you feel are of the uttermost
importance, and we might put them up here with some answer to go along.
